As part of our ongoing efforts with the DEVMIGRA project, we recently conducted a focus group and a brainstorming session that yielded valuable insights and ideas. Here’s a look at the key takeaways from these engaging activities.

Focus Group

Our focus group session was an essential component of our research phase. We gathered a diverse group of participants to discuss various aspects of the DEVMIGRA project, particularly how migration impacts educational and career opportunities. The discussion was rich with perspectives, revealing both challenges and opportunities faced by migrants in different contexts.

Participants shared their experiences and provided feedback on existing support systems and resources. Key themes included the need for more tailored educational programs and better access to career development services. Their input will be instrumental in shaping our project strategies and ensuring that our initiatives are responsive to the real needs of migrants.

Brainstorming Session

Following the focus group, we held a brainstorming session to generate innovative ideas and solutions based on the feedback received. This collaborative session brought together project team members and stakeholders, fostering an environment of creativity and open dialogue.

The brainstorming session focused on developing actionable strategies to address the challenges highlighted during the focus group. We explored various approaches, such as enhancing digital platforms for educational resources, creating mentorship programs, and establishing partnerships with local organizations. The ideas generated were both practical and visionary, setting a strong foundation for our upcoming project activities.

These sessions have been crucial in refining our approach and ensuring that the DEVMIGRA project remains aligned with the needs and aspirations of our target audience. We are excited to move forward with the insights and ideas from these discussions and look forward to implementing solutions that will make a meaningful impact.
