The Consortium aims to impact the capabilities of the target groups involved in the project by achieving its objectives, implementing planned activities, and producing deliverables such as the Manual, Training Format, and Toolkit. In the short term, the direct target groups include young operators working with young migrants from participating organizations and young migrants with refugee and asylum protection status. The young workers participating in training courses at international and national levels will acquire competencies on NFE methodologies related to promoting migrants' skills and transferring knowledge to young migrants using NFE methodologies. The participating organizations will benefit by having newly trained trainers with improved capabilities and soft skills. In the short term, young migrants aged 18-25 who participate in local activities will acquire competencies on how to promote their skills and qualifications within the labor market to increase their employability in hosting countries
