Meeting Objectives:

• Perform a final evaluation of all project activities and intellectual outputs.

• Analyze the success stories and the overall impact on target groups and stakeholders.

• Review the final financial, management, and administrative reports.

• Define the last steps for the official closure of the project.

• Ensure the long-term sustainability and dissemination of the DEVMIGRA results.

 

Meeting Summary:

The final meeting in Amman provided a platform for partners to reflect on the challenges overcome and the significant goals reached. During the sessions, the consortium analyzed the effectiveness of the training modules, the local workshops, and the digital toolkits developed. A special focus was placed on the "Mediation Skillset for Youth Workers," confirming that the project has successfully equipped professionals with the tools needed to support migrant integration.

 

Key Outcomes:

• Success Analysis: A detailed assessment confirmed that the project exceeded its initial targets regarding participant engagement and resource development.

• Final Strategy: Partners agreed on the final administrative procedures and documentation required for the European Commission's reporting.

• Legacy and Sustainability: A roadmap was established to keep the project’s resources accessible to youth organizations and NGOs beyond the funding period.

• Synergy for Future Cooperation: The meeting strengthened the bonds between Mediterranean partners, opening doors for future collaborations in the field of migration and youth work.

 

Final Steps:

As DEVMIGRA approaches its official end, the partners are now focused on the final dissemination of results and the submission of the final report. We are proud of the impact created and remain committed to fostering an inclusive society for all.
