KICK-OFF MEETING

A kick-off meeting was held in Spain to ensure effective coordination and collaboration among all the actors and stakeholders involved in the action. This meeting served as an opportunity to establish a shared vision and create synergies that would enable the achievement of the action's objectives. The committees responsible for different aspects of the project were also appointed during the meeting. In addition, the meeting provided a platform for the presentation of the project and the definition of financial, management, monitoring, and dissemination strategies. This facilitated the creation of a synergy of actions that would address all aspects of the project implementation. A specific visibility strategy, including the design of a logo, brochures, and leaflets, was developed to promote the dissemination of the project. To ensure accountability, attendance lists were signed and stored, and photographs were taken to document the event.
